I just wanted to send you a quick message to thank you very much.
Sam followed the program and in 2 weeks was pain free with a full wall slide and gradually started his return to training
with a close eye by me. Now with a little nagging to remember his stretches he is back to all his sports and getting back
into competitive running and cycling with a big smile on his face.
